Fitness Centre

In consultation with CDSBEO Athletic Directors, we have created a CDSBEO permission form “Fitness Weight Room Consent Form CDSBEO Fall 2023” (see below) for students and parents to sign.  Additionally, we have added in one extra step to ensure that students are more prepared to access the equipment in a safe and responsible manner. A Safety in Fitness Rooms  (click link) online module has been created that students are expected to complete prior to gaining access to the fitness room. There is a box at the bottom of the permission form that needs to be checked to indicate that the module has been completed.  Additionally, a “Certificate of Completion” will be required to be submitted to a designated staff member via a screenshot or a printed copy.
