Grade 8: Info about High School

Grade 9 Registration: 

 

Registration Process for CDSEO Student: 

1) Complete a paper copy of the CDSBEO registration form: Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario Registration Form (cdsbeo.on.ca)

NOTE: the online form cannot be used if you are already a CDSBEO student. 

 

 

1b) Deliver paper registration form to St. Mary CHS with copy of proof of address and birth certificate or share images by email to [email protected]. 

 

NOTE: All images and hard copies are destroyed after viewing for confidentiality. 

 

2) Choose your Grade 9 Courses: Submit a course selection form. These forms will be given to Grade 8 students the week of January 15th, 2024. 

 

 

Registration process for Grade 8 students who are NOT in a CDSBEO school: 

1) Complete an ONLINE CDSBEO registration form for St. Mary CHS: 

                                                  NON CDSBEO Student Registration Link for St. Mary CHS

 

1b) Deliver a photocopy of proof of address and birth certificate to St. Mary CHS or share images by email to [email protected]. 

 

2) Guidance will contact you for course selection information.
